i received this book today as a result of somehow winning a giveaway. and then because it looked and sounded interesting and although i don’t usually read mystery novels, i started reading it (and finished it fml) even though i should’ve been doing homework. but it is, in short, a really good book.  i’m still reeling over the ending - one completely unexpected but genius twist would’ve been enough, but then the author has to go and make it a double whammy, and you’re just left feeling really achingly sad, but in a wow-i’m-still-in-shock-and-the-book-would’ve-not-been-nearly-as-perfect-if-it’d-ended-any-other-way way, you know? yes those double way’s are necessary. 

tl;dr: GREAT BOOK.
